Free Returns Within 7 Days - No Questions Asked

We at The Roy are pleased to offer free returns within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked. We view returns as a valuable opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to honesty and transparency. More importantly, it allows us to receive your feedback, which is crucial in improving our products and services. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities, so if you are even slightly dissatisfied, we encourage you to proceed with a refund or exchange. Help us better understand your needs so we can continue to provide you with the best products and services.

Returning Your Purchase:
Returning items with The Roy is as effortless as placing an order. You can initiate a return request online in the “My Account” section, email us at Support@theroy.in, or contact us via call/WhatsApp at 7778847158 to express your concerns. We will coordinate a convenient time for you and arrange for our shipping partner to pick up the original The Roy garment. Please ensure that the garment is unused and in good condition. Only the main product needs to be returned


Refund Policy


At The Roy, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not, we offer a straightforward refund process:

1. Refund Initiation: We initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours of receiving your return shipment.

2. Refund Method:
- Online Payments: If your original payment was made online, we will credit the refund to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
- Cash on Delivery: For orders placed via cash on delivery, please provide us with your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. We will process your refund via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.

3. Eligibility for Refund: A refund is only possible once the parcel is dispatched, delivered, and reverse picked up.


Exchange Policy

 

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. Our exchange policy is designed to ensure that you get the garment that fits you best:


  1. Exchange Initiation: After we pick up the return shipment from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.

    2. Standard to Custom Size Exchange: If our standard sizes don’t fit you, and you prefer a custom-fit garment, please include a garment that fits you well along with your returned The Roy garment. Our courier will collect it from your premises. We will then tailor a new garment according to your measurements and deliver it to you within 7 to 9 days. These measurements will also be saved for your future orders.

    3. Limitation: Please note that in a single order, either a refund or an exchange is possible, but only once.

  2. Pick-Up of Item (1-3 days):
    • Once you request a return, the item will be picked up from your location within 1 to 3 days.
  3. Warehouse Delivery (15-25 days):
    • After the item is picked up, it will be delivered back to the warehouse. This process can take 15 to 25 days from the date the item is received by the courier service.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Once the warehouse receives the parcel, your refund will be processed. You can expect to receive the refund shortly after the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item.

Additional Charge for Returns:

Please note that while exchanges are made without any additional charge, returns are subject to a return product charge of 150 INR to cover the logistics and handling.
